2. Happy Schools Framework
“Creating a happy school is not just about the pursuit of academic excellence; it’s about nurturing a culture of compassion, resilience, and empathy, where every individual feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.”
When we talk of child happiness, school happiness is significant for well-being and socio-emotional learning among children. Happy schools and a happy school environment consist of a happy school framework. The happy school framework consists of twenty-two indicators under the three broad categories People, Process and Place. This module will explore diverse elements of the Happy Schools Framework. Promoting school happiness involves creating an environment where students, teachers, and staff feel content, motivated, and engaged in their educational experience.
